At TVAV Installations, we design, install, configure and maintain communal aerial, cable and IRS systems, from small, two-apartment conversions through to complex, multi-site apartment blocks. We are Safecontractor approved and we have a depth of experience working with the country’s leading housebuilders. Design and architecture is bespoke for each development project and our engineers and technicians work on-site in harmony with contractors and other key project personnel.

Upgrades
TVAV can upgrade legacy aerial and satellite systems in communal blocks from coax cabling to fibre as well as making sure that your building isn’t covered in miles of unnecessary wiring. Each property benefits from a single discreet 3.5mm cable which is easy to install, simple and clean.
We will also upgrade legacy satellite and cable provisions with the latest technology from Sky including Sky+, Sky HD and Sky Q, their latest wireless home entertainment system allowing you to watch recordings all over your home, pause in one room and continue watching in another and sync recordings to your tablet as well as turning your Sky Q boxes into wireless hotspots.
New Build Blocks
Virtually all new-build apartment blocks are designed to accommodate one satellite dish which is used for as many apartments as there are. We use a discreet 3.5mm fibre cable in each apartment – far more cost effective in larger projects – and it gives the end user complete control over their viewing.
In addition, we install the latest technology from Sky including Sky+, Sky HD and Sky Q, their latest wireless home entertainment system.
Conversions/Small Blocks
An IRS – Integrated Reception System – using coax cables is a far more cost effective solution for smaller blocks and residential conversions than fibre cabling. We still use a single dish or aerial (dependent on Building Regulations) and the service offering is equally good.
As with all installation projects regardless of size or complexity, we install the latest technology from Sky including Sky+, Sky HD and Sky Q, their latest wireless home entertainment system.
